Who IS SHARA?
CURIosity is what drives growth
I have always been fascinated by people and their stories but also how systems and processes work.
This curiosity has continued to this day and led me to complete multiple university degrees, gain experience across both, private and public sector as well as manage diverse business operations.
Although I majored in International Business and Law and started my career in technical roles, I realised that the best systems and processes are useless if they are not embraced and driven by the right people.
When I work with organisations, I want to know everything as often, the devil lies in the detail. This is why I’ve developed a holistic approach when it comes to business growth and management that breaks down organisational silos, identifies the real core of a problem to then turn insights into scalable and measurable solutions.
What drives me?
Mistakes can cost a fortune; sometimes even a livelihood. I believe in minimising risk from the get go so that people can be and do their best.
